The Kendall Hammocks Optimist Warriors Football/Cheerleading program recently awarded their annual High School Scholar Athlete Awards.    The winners were presented a $300.00 scholarship at the Miami Sunset High School Awards banquet.
The winners were recognized for the outstanding work in the classroom and on the field.

The winners were:
Male Scholar Athlete:  Sebastian Estedes
Female Scholar Athlete:  Alexis Sarrades

The Scholar Athlete Awards are given annually by the Kendall Hammocks Warriors in recognition to two outstanding seniors at Miami Sunset High School.
